Coffee is our craft. It drives us and inspires us. Our passion for specialty coffee is only paralleled by our love for doing good in the community. In 2017, we set out to source the best coffees in the world and dedicated ourselves to maintaining transparent, quality-based relationships with the farmers we source from, our crew, and the communities we live in along the way. We launched Seven Seas in the Farmers Markets in San Diego. Our very first weekly farmers market was the Tuesday market in Pacific Beach. At that time, Seven Seas served out of a tent and we individually hand made each retail coffee bag we produced. In seven years we have grown from humble beginnings to 3 retail locations, North Park Logistics HQ, and Mobile Unit 7 which serves the largest weekly farmers markets in San Diego.
