This coffee is produced by one of our most technical and passionate partners. This project is dedicated to working with communities and farms in the region of Huila, using microbiology and floristics, at the Alexander Jimenez farm to produce this Pink Borbon Creation.
This is a semi-washed coffee, with a fermentation based on the PH of the mass going up to 3.5-3.2 degrees. This fermentation will be carried out seeking to develop a high and bright acidity with a fresher body and a touch of fruits.
