We’re confident you’ll love your Seven Seas Roasting Co. Coffee, and we’re not gonna play games with you.

Refund Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, whether they like our products or not. This is the reason for the “Seven Seas Roasting Co. Money Back Guarantee”. Due to inevitable fraudulent activity, we have set the guidelines below. All policy information applies to purchases made directly through 7SeasRoasting.com. Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.
**The return shipping fee will be at the responsibility of the customer, however Seven Seas Roasting Co. Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.

The guarantee is valid only if the following conditions and stipulations are met and agreed upon:

WHOLE COFFEE BEANS
Roasted coffee products do not require a return for full refund (minus shipping & applied discounts). Roasted coffee products include 12oz / 340 gram bags of coffee

APPAREL, GEAR, & EXCHANGES
Apparel and gear must be returned in unused, unwashed, unworn condition for a refund. Apparel may be exchanged for an alternative size if the wrong size is purchased. The replacement will not be sent out until the original is received, the customer will be asked to pay for reshipping fees. **Apparel not returned in the indicated unused, unwashed, unworn condition are subject to restock fees that will be deducted at the point of refund.

OTHER
Seven Seas Roasting Co. Personal Care line of products (soap) are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
