Join us at Seven Seas for an exclusive World Barista Championship run-through featuring Bella Thu Pham, the 2025 Vietnam National Barista Champion and co-founder of HQJ Coffee School. As she prepares to compete on the ultimate world stage in Panama City, Bella will be delivering her full 15-minute competition presentation live.

For our local Vietnamese community and supporters of global coffee culture, this is a special evening to rally behind an incredible talent proudly representing Vietnam. We are honored to host Bella and give San Diego the chance to celebrate her journey and showcase the excellence of the Vietnamese coffee industry on a global platform.

For the specialty coffee community, this is a rare opportunity to witness coffee mastery up close. Guests will experience a world-class sensory journey, tasting the exact three competition courses Bella will serve the judges: espresso, a milk beverage, and her signature drink. With her extensive background as an SCA-certified instructor, CQI Lecturer, and Q Grader, her routine will offer a deep dive into high-level extraction, sensory evaluation, and competition-grade micro-lots.
