  • This isn’t just another single origin. Candy Blast is the coffee that stopped us in our tracks during our farm visit to Tolima, Colombia earlier this year. One sip on the cupping table and we knew that we had to bring this gem home to Seven Seas and share it with our community. Direct-sourced, small-lot, and unforgettable.

    THE INNOVATION
    Produced by the talented Brayan Alvear, this coffee undergoes a meticulous and experimental process to achieve that "candy" profile:

    Precision Drying: The beans are sun-dried and then finished in mechanical static silos to lock in consistency.

    48-Hour Pre-Ferment: Whole cherries are sealed in anaerobic bags to build depth.

    Watermelon Co-Fermentation: After depulping, the beans are fermented for five days with dried, ground watermelon and fresh watermelon. This imparts a massive, refreshing sweetness and subtle citrus notes.
