Inmaculada Coffee Farms, managed by the Holguín family, is renowned for cultivating rare coffee varieties and implementing innovative processing methods in the Andes mountains of Colombia.

Striped Borbon is a rare mutation of the Bourbon variety, known for its distinctive striped appearance and complex flavor profile. This naturally occurring mutation was first identified in Colombia and has been selectively propagated for its unique
characteristics.

The anaerobic fermentation process, combined with meticulous drying techniques, contributes to the coffee's vibrant fruit notes and clean cup profile.

This coffee offers a harmonious balance of fruity sweetness, nutty undertones, and warm spice, making it a versatile choice for various brewing methods. A light roast accentuates the coffee's natural fruitiness and complexity, ideal for filter brewing methods such as pour-over (V60, Kalita).
