From the highlands of Songwe at 1,860 masl, this naturally processed lot comes from Iloma AMCOS, a thriving cooperative of more than 200 smallholder farmers. Once just two farmers in 2011, the group has grown into a force shaping Tanzania’s specialty coffee movement through collaboration, investment, and innovation. With investments like a Penagos pulper and cooperative-owned facilities, farmers now achieve higher premiums, better quality recognition, and shared success across their communities. 

This release is a seasonal small batch with limited availability - once it’s gone, it won’t return until the next harvest.

Brewing Recommendation

  • Best for: V60, Kalita, or Chemex 

  • Also great as: French press (for a deeper cocoa-driven expression)

  • Serve black to fully showcase caramel-citrus-fruit complexity.
