Brittany Shupien

Don’t tell Miss Britt that she can’t do something. Because if you do, she will prove you wrong.

Gold-medal figure competitor and coach, Brittany turns obstacles into fuel for self-growth. She overcame addiction. She overcame alcohol abuse. She overcame obesity. Now when she flexes, tectonic plates shift and the coffee table shakes. She literally is so ripped all you need for a security system is a picture of her taped to your front door.

What’s her greatest bit of advice? Don’t just say you’ll do something, do it: “You are what you do. Not what you say you do,” she reminds us.

But gains like hers go beyond the physical benefits. When someone asks her why she stays so fit and focused, she says, “Our bodies are merely a sculpture in which we have the ability and power to change and sculpt to whatever physique we so desire and strive to become.”

(mic drop)

That’s a truth bomb worth saying every day to up your mental game.

Brittany is a living example that proves you can be anything you want to be...if you put your mind to it. All it takes is consistent action to get the results you’re looking for. That’s why we’re there every morning to fuel her training needs. Drip by drip.

Caffeinate. Train. Conquer. Repeat.
